dc.description.abstract	V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám komunikací s neslyšícími rodičkami. Cílem je zjistit, jakým způsobem jsou porodní asistentky schopny komunikovat s neslyšící rodičkou. V teoretické části se věnuji anatomii a fyziologii sluchového ústrojí, poruchám sluchu a dále také komunikaci sluchově postižených. Největší důraz kladu na zásady a chyby v komunikaci s neslyšícími rodičkami. V praktické části provádím šetření pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru s porodními asistentkami, které pracují na porodním sále v nemocnicích ve Zlínském kraji.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis, I deal with communication with deaf women in labour. The aim of the thesis is to find out the way in which the midwives are able to communicate with a deaf woman in labour. In the theoretical part of this thesis, I deal with anatomy and physiology of the auditory system, with ear defects and with communication of hearing-impaired people. Particular stress is laid on the principles and faults in communication with deaf women in labour. In the practical part of this thesis, I conduct a survey by means of a structured interview with midwives who work in a delivery room in hospitals in the Zlin Region.	en
