Cílem práce je zjistit, co vede sociální pracovníky ke kroku odebrat dítě z rodiny. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rodinu jako takovou, její funkce, resp. disfunkce a hodnocení, na právní úpravu, postup vedoucí k odebrání dítěte z rodiny a kompetence sociálního pracovníka vykonávajícího sociálně právní ochranu dětí. Praktická část je zaměřena na skutečnosti, které vedou k odebrání dítěte, demonstrované na jednotlivých kazuistikách zpracované kvalitativní výzkumnou metodou. |

The goal is to find out what lead social workers to remove the child from the family. The theoretical part focuses on the family as a whole its functions, respectively dysfunction and evaluation of the rules , the process leading to the removal of the child from the family and competences of social worker performing social and legal protection of children. The practical part is focused on the fact that lead to the removal of the child, demonstrated in individual case reports , a qualitative research method. |
