dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou psychosociální pomoci pozůstalým. Je zaměřena na oblast sociálních služeb, konkrétně zařízení domova pro seniory. Práce rozvádí myšlenku, že psychosociální pomoc v domově pro seniory začíná mnohem dříve,to znamená, ještě před tím, než se pozůstalými stanou. Teoretická část popisuje stárnutí a smrt. Pojednává o psychosociální pomoci pro pozůstalé a o etických aspektech pomoci pozůstalým. Praktická část uvádí postoje a názory všeobecných sester a pracovníků sociálních služeb pro doprovázení umírajících a jejich příbuzných, později pozůstalých. Pro získávání dat byla použita metoda rozhovoru.Na základě průzkumu jsou v práci uvedeny zkušenosti respondentů (pozůstalých) v oblasti psychosociální pomoci v domově seniorů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the theme of psychosocial help survivors. It focuses on social services, specifically decorated home for the erderly. The work elaborates the idea that psychosocial support survivors in retirement home starts much earlier, which means even before the survivors become. The theoretical part describes the process of aging and death. It discusses the psychosocial help for survivors and ethical aspects help survivors. The practical part presents the attitudes and opinions of nurses and social workers to accompany the dying and their relatives, survivors later. The data acquisition was used interview method.Based on research, the work experience listed respondents (survivors) in the field of psychosocial assistance in the home of the elderly.	en
