dc.description.abstract	Cíl: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat úlohu sestry v prevenci imobilizačního syndromu a péči o imobilní pacienty. Metodika: Byl sestaven nestandardizovaný dotazník. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo u dvou průzkumných souborů. První průzkumný soubor tvořilo 40 sester, které pracovaly na interních odděleních nemocnice Přerov, druhý průzkumný soubor tvořilo 40 sester, které pracovaly na chirurgických odděleních nemocnice Přerov. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo na interních a chirurgických odděleních nemocnice Přerov celkem tři měsíce (leden, únor, březen) roku 2013. Výsledky: Nejvýznamnějším rozdílem v porovnání mezi sestrami interních a chirurgických odděleních, bylo zjištění, že na interních odděleních bylo více sester, které neprováděly psychickou stimulaci u imobilních pacientů, než na odděleních chirurgických. Semináře zaměřené na prevenci imobilizačního syndromu se konaly jen na chirurgických odděleních. Závěr: Výsledky průzkumu prokázaly, že jsou značné nedostatky ve vzdělávání sester a organizování seminářů zaměřených na prevenci imobilizačního syndromu na vybraných odděleních. Je důležité se tímto tématem dál zabývat a přinést nové a podnětné informace do ošetřovatelské praxe.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Objective: The main target of this bachelor's thesis was to explore the role of nurse in preventing immobilization syndrome and care for immobile patients. Methods: A nonstandard questionnaire was compiled. A questionnaire survey was con-ducted in two exploration sets. The first exploratory set consisted of 40 nurses who worked in internal hospital departments Prerov, the second exploratory set consisted of 40 nurses who worked in surgical hospital departments Prerov. The research was carried out on the internal and surgical hospital departments Prerov three months (January, February, March) 2013. Results: The most significant difference compared to nurses internal and surgical departments, it was found that nurses who did not perform mental stimulation in immobile patients were more on internal departments than in surgical departments. Seminars aimed at preventing immobilization syndrome were held only on surgical departments. Conclusion: The results of the survey showed that there are considerable gaps in nursing education and organizing seminars on prevention of immobilization syndrome in selected departments. It is important to continue consider this issue and bring new and insightful information to nursing practice.	en
