Užívání fyzických trestů ve výchově je v naší společnosti stále často diskutovanou otázkou, stejně jako návrh na úplný zákaz používání těchto trestů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje základní pojmy, blíže se zabývá fyzickými tresty, zkoumá jejich dopady a následky. Popisuje i alternativy k fyzickým trestům a uvádí názory odborníků na fyzické tresty. V praktické části jsou formou případových studií podrobně popsány případy dětí, které se setkaly s fyzickými tresty ve své rodině, je zde také popsán postup práce pracovníků sociálně-právní ochrany dětí s takto ohroženým dítětem a rodinou. |

The use of corporal punishment in the process of upbringing is still a frequently debated topic, as is the proposal for a complete ban of corporal punishment use. In the theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis, the terminology is being defined and the following study of corporal punishment deals with its impact and consequences. Alternative punishment methods are then presented and views of experts are further investigated. The enclosed field study details interpretation of cases of children experiencing excessive physical punishments in family. Each case is accompanied with a study of actions taken by social and legal care professionals in order to help these children and families. |
