Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociální práce s rodinou z pohledu sociálních asistentek sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, co si asistentky o práci v sociálně aktivizační službě myslí, jak ji vnímají a jak je přínosná pro klienty. Teoretická část práce definuje rodinu, její funkce a poruchy jejích funkcí. Dále také sociální práci s rodinou z hlediska praktického i legislativního. Seznamuje s Centrem sv. Sáry, které se sociální prací s rodinou zabývá. V praktické části práce vymezuje výzkumný problém, na který se snaží najít odpovědi prostřednictvím rozhovorů, realizovanými se sociálními asistentkami uvedeného Centra. V závěru předkládá výsledky výzkumu. |

The thesis focuses on the issues of working with families from the perpective of the social workers who deal with social activation services for families with children. The main goal is to find out what is their opinion concerning social service activation and how it is beneficial for clients. The theoretical part provides a definition of a family, its function and disorders of its functions. It further deals with family social work in terms of practical and legislative view. This thesis also introduces St. Sarah Centre which deals with family social work. The practical part defines the research problems that are based on the interviews with social workers working in the Centre. The results of the research are presented in the conclusion. |
