dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vztahy na pracovišti mezi homosexuály a heterosexuály. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy z dané oblasti. Zabývá se homosexualitou, diskriminací, propojením sociální pedagogiky a problematikou vztahů na pracovišti mezi homosexuály a heterosexuály. Dále popisuje vývoj postojů k homosexualitě v historii až po současnost. Stěžejní kapitola teoretické části se zabývá propojením homosexuality a vztahy na pracovišti. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak vztahy na pracovišti vnímají homosexuálové a heterosexuálové. Smíšeným výzkumem zjišťuji dané pohledy na vztahy, faktory, které tyto vztahy ovlivňují, problematické oblasti ve vztazích na pracovišti a možné opatření proti problémovým vztahům na pracovišti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on workplace relationships between homosexuals and heterosexuals. The theoretical part describes basic terms. It deals with homosexuality, discrimination, connection between social pedagogy and workplace relationships between homosexuals and heterosexuals. It also describes the evolution of attitudes to homosexuality from the history to the present days. A main chapter of the theoretical part deals with the connection between homosexuality and workplace relationships. The aim of the practical part is to find out how homosexuals and heterosexuals perceive workplace relations. I find the views on relationships, factors that affect these relationships, problematic areas in relationships in the workplace and the possible measures against the troubled relations in the workplace by the mixed methodology.	en
