Cílem bakalářské práce bylo metodou kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit nejlepší možné začlení dítě ? cizince do prostředí mateřské školy. Teoretická část práce se zabývá migrací a jejími důvody, průběhem výchovy dětí v rodině cizinců, spoluprací rodičů těchto dětí s mateřskou školou. Dále je zde řešena interkulturní komunikace, průběh a ukončení adaptace. V závěru teoretické části je popsán právní rámec, cíl a význam předškolního vzdělávání. Praktická část bakalářské práce je věnována vlastní realizaci kvalitativního výzkumu a jeho výsledkům. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the best possible integration of foreign chil-dren to kindergarten. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on migration and its reasons, the pro-cess of educating children in families of foreigners, their cooperation with teachers in kin-dergarten. Another topics here are intercultural communication, the process and the end of adaptation. In the end of this bachelor thesis there is legal framework, the aim and meaning of preschool education. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on my own realization of qualitative research and its results. |
