dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou osobního bankrotu, jako jednou z možností řešení krizové sociální situace osob ve finanční tísni. Shrnuje právní problematiku insolvence, postup při podání insolvenčního návrhu a průběh insolvenčního řízení při schválení oddlužení. Příčiny, důsledky a rizika vyplývající z nadměrného zadlužení jsou popsány ve vazbě na sociální postavení dlužníka. Praktická část práce se věnuje konkrétním případům probíhajícího insolvenčního řízení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of personal bankruptcy as an option for solving critical social situation of people in financial distress. The text summarizes the legal issues of insolvency, the procedure of filing an insolvency petition and the course of insolvency proceedings upon approval of debt relief. Causes, consequences and risks of over-indebtedness are described in relation to the social status of the borrower. The practical part of the thesis deals with specific cases of pending insolvency proceedings.	en
