Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb seniorů, zejména v pobytových zařízeních pro tyto lidi. V teoretické části se zabýváme charakteristikou procesu stárnutí a stáří, vymezujeme zde také roli seniorů ve společnosti, péči o tyto lidi a jejich vzdělávací potřeby v dnešním světě. Praktickou část reprezentuje kvalitativní výzkum, podle kterého zjišťujeme, jak senioři interpretují své vzdělávací potřeby v rámci jejich života v pobytovém zařízení. Toto je také cílem naší práce. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is focused on the identifications of educational needs in senior, mainly at homes for the eldery. In the theoretical part of this thesis we describe maturing and old age. We also mention position of seniors in this world, care for them and their educational needs. The practical part represents qualitative research that tries to determine how seniors interpret their educational needs during their lifes at home for the eldery. This is also the main goal of this bachelor thesis. |
