Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá právní ochranou dětí, nejprve v širším obecném kontextu, dále se zaměřuje na sociálně-právní ochranu dětí, kterou později konkretizuje ve vztahu k cizině. Rozebírá důležité právní dokumenty zabývající se touto problematikou. Dále podává informace o činnosti významných českých orgánů a institucí. V praktické části rozebírá konkrétní případy únosů dětí z České republiky do zahraničí. |
