dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá především funkcí asistenta pedagoga a žákem s poruchou autistického spektra. Teoretická část je zaměřena na legislativní vymezení, náplň práce a na požadavek na vzdělání u asistenta pedagoga. V diplomové práci jsou uvedeny poruchy autistického spektra u dětí a jejich problémové oblasti v rámci sociálního chování, komunikace a představivosti. Praktická část se snaží za pomoci kvalitativního výzkumu popsat úlohu asistenta pedagoga ve spolupráci s konkrétním žákem v běžné základní škole.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation deals especially with a function of an educational assistant and a pupil with an autistic spectrum disorder. Its theoretic part is focused on legislative determination of the educational assistant, his/her scope of employment and competence. There are autis-tic spectrum disorders of children along with their problem areas in reference to their social behavior, communication and imagination contained in this dissertation. The practical part seeks the help of qualitative research to describe the role of a teacher assistant in coopera-tion with a specific student in an elementary school.	en
