Bakalářská práce ?Konflikty mezi žáky středních škol? pojednává o výskytu agresivity a šikany ve školním prostředí. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vysvětlení teoretických pojmů, které jsou nezbytné pro tvorbu a vyhodnocení výzkumu. První kapitola stručně vymezuje školní konflikty. Obecně definuje pojem konflikt a popisuje, kde mohou konflikty vzniknout a mezi jakými jedinci mohou probíhat. Další část bude sloužit čtenářům k bližšímu vysvětlení a přiblížení problematiky šikany ve školním prostředí. Jelikož je agrese jedna z příčin šikanování, nejdříve je nutné vysvětlit tento pojem, který nám ji tak pomůže lépe pochopit. Dále se zaměřuje na vznik šikany a její příčiny, popisuje stádia, varianty šikany, metody jakými je prováděna. Hlavním úkolem praktické části je získat informace o zkušenostech studentů s šikanováním a popř. zjistit do jaké míry jsou studenti touto problematikou zasaženi. |

It generally gives the term definition of the conflict and describes where the conflicts can come into being and who are the individuals in certain conflict situations. The other part will be the exploration and will serve the readers for clearer clarification of bullying issues at school. Because the aggression is one of the cause of bullying, first it is necessary to explain this term, the nit will be possible to understand it better. The other part will help to the readears for clearer explanation and zooming on bullying problems. It is focused on the origions of bullying and its cause, it describes the stages, the variants and the methods, which can be presented. The main taks of the practical part is to obtain the information about students experience wish bullying and eventually to find out how often and strongly the students are involved into this problems. |
