dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem autonomie ve stáří a strategií jejího zachování srovnáním seniorů, kteří dosud žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a seniorů, kteří žijí v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na objasnění pojmů stárnutí a stáří a různých pohledů na ně, dále je zde rozebrán pohled současné společnosti na seniory. Dalším důležitým pojmem, který zde uvádím je diskriminace seniorů a její extrémní formy a je zde také rozebrán samotný pojem autonomie ve stáří. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný výzkum v podobě rozhovorů se seniory a zjištění, jak oni samotní své stáří prožívají a udržují si tak své autonomní jednání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the theme of the autonomy in old age and the strategy of maintain it by comparing seniors who live in their natural environment with seniors who live in a retirement home. The theoretical part is focused on the clarification of the terms aging and old age and different points of view, also analyses the view on the seniors by the contemporary society. Other important problem that I deal with is a discrimination of the seniors and its extreme forms, in this part I also analyse the term of the autonomy in old age. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a research that has a form of interviews with the seniors and I try to find out how they experience old age and maintain their autonomous behaviour.	en
