dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pěstounské péče, současným stavem péče o ohrožené děti a probíhající transformací péče o ohrožené děti. V praktické části zjišťuje názory pedagogických pracovníků na pěstounskou péči, jejich osobní zkušenosti s pěstounskou péčí a také jejich případný zájem o pěstounskou péči. Srovnává, jak se liší zájem o tuto formu náhradní rodinné výchovy u pedagogických pracovníků působících ve školách a pedagogických pracovníků, kteří působí přímo v zařízeních ústavní výchovy a mají již s výchovou dětí bez zájmu vlastních rodičů konkrétní zkušenosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issues of foster care, present system of care for children in need and also of the tranformation of care for these children. In the practical part, the thesis is focused on the opinions of teachers about present state of foster care, their own experiences with the foster care and on their personal interests to be involved in foster care. The diploma thesis compares the differences between the personal interests in this alternative family care of teachers working at schools and the pedagogical workers working in institutions for children in need as they have some experiences with the care of these children.	en
