dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá náboženstvím na pracovišti v České republice a ve Spojených státech amerických. Zaměřuje se na historický vývoj a na současné problémy spojené s náboženstvím na pracovišti. Jejím cílem je také popsat vliv náboženství na pracovní vztahy a v neposlední řadě zmínit zákony a tradice, které jsou věřící lidé povinni dodržovat na pracovišti. Jelikož náboženské vyznání nebo víra všech zaměstnanců na pracovišti není často homogenní, zaměřuje se tato práce i na to, jak zvládat více náboženských vyznání na jednom pracovišti. Cílem této práce je prokázat, zda se současný přístup k náboženství na pracovišti v České republice liší od přístupu k náboženství na pracovišti ve Spojených státech amerických.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work explores religion in the workplace in the Czech Republic and in the United States. It focuses on religion in the workplace from a historical perspective and deals with current problems related to religion in the workplace. This thesis endeavors to describe the influences of religion on working relationships and mentions the laws and traditions that the believers are obligated to follow in the workplace. In view of the fact that beliefs and religious affiliations are often not homogenous among employees, this work concentrates on how to manage the presence of more religions in the workplace. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the current perceptions of religion in the workplace are different in the Czech Republic and in the United States.	en
