Cílem bakalářské práce je zejména charakterizovat ochrannou výchovu jako ochranné opatření a zjistit, jestli ochranná výchova, tedy prostředek k dosažení účelu sledovaný zákonodárcem, plní svůj úkol. Teoretická část práce se věnuje otázce, jaká skupina mládeže je v dnešní společnosti nejvíce ohrožena sociálně patologickými vlivy. Zaměřuji se zejména na vliv rodiny a prostředí, jenž působí na vývoj dítěte. Dále je charakterizován pojem ochranná výchova a právní normy, kterými je upravena a obsahuje porovnání vztahu mezi ochrannou a ústavní výchovou. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění, jak vnímají mladiství samotný výkon ochranné výchovy ve Výchovném ústavu Ostrava, a jak působí vliv tohoto ochranného opatření na další vývoj mládeže. |

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to characterise the preventive education as a preventive precaution and to learn if the preventive education, as the means of getting to the objective, followed by the legislator, meets the requirements. The theoretical part of this thesis answers the question which group of the youth is nowadays most endangered by social pathological influences. It focuses especially on the influence of the family and environment that affects the child's development. It specifies the preventive education itself, as well as the law by which it is defined. It also includes the comparison of the relationship between the preventive and the institutional education. The practical part of this thesis is focused on the findings how the youth perceive the institutional education in practice in the Educational institution in Ostrava, and how the influence of this precaution affects another development of the youth. |
