Cílem mé diplomové práce je na základě vybraných marketingových analýz, navrhnout marketingový mix pro efektivní působení firmy SAM Holding, a.s. Myjava v trhovém prostředí. Marketingová analýza má dat odpověď na otázku, či má podnik vhodně zvolenou kombinaci marketingového mixu, či nevěnuje jedné oblasti marketingového mixu příliš mnoho pozornosti a prostředku a naopak druhou oblast zanedbáva a ta se stává pro podnik slabou stránkou a teda zranitelným místem podniku. |

The goal of my Diploma work is to, based on marketing analysis, focus on marketing mix proposal for effective market operations of SAM Holding, corp. Myjava. The marketing analysis is supposed to answer questions about the well balanced marketing mix of the company, whether it does not overly concentrate on one side of the marketing mix and as a result does neglect the other side which then becomes the company's weak point. |
