Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychického úskalí profese strojírenského dělníka. V teoretické části objasňuje důvody, proč se společnost a firmy zabývají psychickým tlakem a proč je psychický tlak v současné době velmi zkoumané téma. Je zde uveden přehled možných příčin tlaku u strojírenského dělníka, jaký vliv může mít psychický tlak na zdraví a jak psychický tlak vzniká. Bakalářská práce zjišťuje konkrétní příčiny psychického tlaku u strojírenských dělníků a shrnuje poznatky, které jsou důležité pro sociální pracovníky a psychology při práci s těmito cílovými skupinami. Bakalářská práce je také přínosem pro vedení firmy pro strategické plánování a řízení lidských zdrojů. |

The Bachelor?s thesis focuses on the issue of psychical press of worker in the engineering industry. In the theoretical part, it explains the reasons why the society and compa-nies are concerned on psychical press and why the psychical press is currently much examined issue. There are listed possible reasons for psychical press for worker in the engineering industry, what kind of influence psychical press can have on health and how the psychical press occurs, here. The Bachelor?s thesis detects the specific causes of psychical press of workers in the engineering industry and summarizes the knowledge that is useful for social workers and psychologist during work with this group of people. The Bachelor's thesis is beneficial for strategic planning and human recourses management for the company. |
