Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření v učitelské profesi, neboť v současnosti je toto téma velmi aktuální. Cílem práce je zjistit náchylnost učitelů k syndromu vyhoření. První část obsahuje teoretické přiblížení základních pojmů stresu a syndromu vyhoření, příčiny, příznaky a průběh těchto onemocnění. Praktická část se zabývá výzkumem náchylnosti učitelů středních škol k této nemoci. Výzkum je proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. |

This Bachelor's thesis deals with issue burnout syndrome at teaching profession, because this theme is very popular at the present. The target of this thesis is to find out the propen-sity of the teachers to the burnout syndrome. The first part contains theoretical approach of the basic terms of the stress and the burnout syndrome, causes, symptoms and the process of this mental illness. The practical part deals with research of propensity of the high school teachers to this illness. The research is carried out with questionnaire survey. |
