Hlavními tématy bakalářská práce jsou motivace uchazečů ke vstupu do profesionální armády a prestiž vojenského povolání. Práce představuje motivační prvky, kterými armáda oslovuje zájemce a také popisuje proces výběru nových uchazečů. Dále se věnuje postavení, které se vojákům dostávalo za první republiky a také důvěryhodnosti, kterou má u veřejnosti česká armáda dnes. Práce také seznamuje s vývojem československé a později české armády od konce 1. světové války až do současnosti. |

The main topics of my thesis are the motivation of candidates for entry into a professional army and the prestige of the military profession. This thesis presents motivational elements, which are interesting for the new applicants, and also describes the process of selecting the new candidates. It also deals with the position of the soldiers who served during the First Republic era and the confidence of the public in the Czech army today. This thesis also shows the development of the Czechoslovak and later Czech military since the end of the first World War to the present. |
