Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých, které tvoří významnou součást jejich života. Teoretická část se zabývá především významem vzdělávání pro dospělého člověka, zamýšlí se nad tím, co jej motivuje k dalšímu vzdělávání, ale i nad bariérami, které toto vzdělávání brzdí. Dále popisuje formy a metody, pomocí kterých se toto vzdělávání realizuje a vymezuje pojem celoživotního učení. Poslední kapitola pojednává o vzdělávacích střediscích Úřadu práce ČR. Navazující praktická část se zabývá zhodnocením vzdělávání pracovníků úřadů práce a dává odpověď na otázku, jak jsou zaměstnanci těchto úřadů spokojeni s nabídkou vzdělávání zprostředkovanou jejich zaměstnavatelem a jestli toto vzdě-lávání považují za přínos pro výkon své profese. Současně se snaží identifikovat jeho kladné i záporné stránky tak, jak je vnímají sami zaměstnanci. |

This thesis concentrates on adult education, which is an important part of their lives. The theoretical part deals mainly with the importance of education for adults and tries to answer what motivates adults for further education on one hand and what are the barriers that hinder the education on the other. It also describes the forms and methods by which such training is carried out and defines the concept of lifelong learning. The last chapter discusses the educational centers of the Employment Office in the Czech Republic. Following practical part looks into the evaluation of staff education in the Employment Offices. It gives an answer to the question, how these employees are satisfied with the offer of education possibilities mediated by their employer and if such training is considered to be useful for their profession. It also aims to identify the positive and negative aspects perceived by the employees themselves. |
