V bakalářské práci se věnujeme otázce, zdali jsou klienti nízkoprahového zařízení T klub DOMA ve Zlíně spokojeni s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb. Teoretická část je zaměřena na cíle, cílovou skupinu a metody práce s klientem v nízkoprahovém zařízení pro děti a mládež. Další oblastmi zájmu jsou životní situace, ve kterých se může klient nízkopraho-vého zařízení pro děti a mládež ocitnout. V neposlední řadě se zabýváme kvalitou posky-tovaných služeb a nejvíce modelem hodnocení: Standardy kvality sociálních služeb. V praktické části vyhodnocujeme výsledky kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumaly spokojenost klientů s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb v nízkoprahovém zařízení T klub DOMA ve Zlíně a vzájemné vztahy mezi klienty a sociálními pracovníky zařízení. |

In the bachelor?s theses we go on to discuss whether the clients of low-threshold facility T club DOMA in Zlin are satisfied with the quality of services. The theoretical part is focused on the aims, target group and methods of work with client in low-threshold facility for children and youth. Other areas of interest are life situations in which the client of low-threshold facility for children and youth can be. Finally, we deal with quality of social ser-vices and the most model evaluation: Quality Standards of social services. In the practical part we evaluate results of quantitatively oriented research. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey that examined client?s satisfaction with quality of services in low-threshold facility T club DOMA in Zlin and mutual relations between clients and social workers of facility. |
