dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce na téma: "Edukace pacienta o vhodném výběru pomůcek v péči o kolostomii", se zabývá problematikou klientů, kterým byl vytvořen trvalý vývod z tlustého střeva. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii a fyziologii tlustého střeva a také onemocnění s tím spojené. Dále se tato práce věnuje kolostomii samotné, rozdělení, indikacím k založení i komplikacím spojených se stomií. Praktická část obsahuje návrh edukačního manuálu s vhodnými pomůckami pro tyto pacienty a dotazník zaměřený na stomasestry ve zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis on the theme: "Patient Education in the Proper Selection of Products in the Colostomy Care", deals with permanent colostomy patient's issues and dilemmas. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the colon and diseases associated withit. Furthermore, this thesis is devoted to colostomy own, to the classification, indications for setting and complications involved in ostomy. The practical part contains the educational programme proposal with the Proper Selection of Products for these patients and the questionnaire focused on the stoma nurses in medici facilities in the Czech Republic.	en
