dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou, která se týká občanů s amputovanou dolní končetinou. Zaměřuji se především na změnu v kvalitě života po amputaci dolní končetiny, na míru soběstačnosti a možnosti znovu začlenění do běžného života. v teoretické části práce Vás chci seznámit s historií amputací a obecnou charakteristikou. Chci přiblížit amputace prováděné na dolní končetině a následnou péči o pahýl. Dotýkám se psychiky jedince se získaným postižením a snažím se přiblížit kvalitu života před amputací a možnosti života po amputaci. v praktické části, výzkumné, analyzuji vliv amputace dolní končetiny na jedince a jeho kvalitu života a to na základě provedených rozhovorů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my Bachelor thesis i deal with an issue concerning people with an amputated leg. i focus especially on changes in the quality of life after the leg amputation, on the self-sufficiency rate as well as the possibility of re ? integration to a common life. In the theoretical part i want a reader to be familiar with the history of amputations and general characteristics as well as to bring the issue of the leg amputation and following care of the stub. i include the psychic of the affected and i try to highlight the quality of life before amputation and the possibilities after that. In the practical, reserching, part i analyse the influence of the leg amputation on the quality of life of the affected based on performed interviews.	en
