Bakalářská práce je věnována domácímu násilí a konfliktům v rodině z hlediska práce Policie České republiky. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části jsou popisovány znaky, formy, příčiny domácího násilí s jeho charakteristikou a dalšími konflikty v rodině, popisem osoby násilné a osoby ohrožené domácím násilím. Práce se také zabývá institutem vykázání a jeho charakteristikou, právní úpravou a popisem jednotlivých činností při zjištění domácího násilí a realizaci tohoto institutu Policií České republiky a školením policistů v souvislosti s problematikou domácího násilí. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření v souvislosti s problematikou domácího násilí a vykázání z hlediska práce Policie ČR. Cílem je přiblížit a osvětlit policejní činnosti v souvislosti s domácím násilím. |

This bachelor thesis addresses domestic violence and family conflicts from the viewpoint of the Police of the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the signs, reasons and forms of domestic violence and its characteristics and family conflicts, a description of the violent person and the person at risk of domestic violence. The thesis also addresses the institution of eviction and its characteristics, legal regulations and describes individual procedures when determining domestic violence and the implementation of this institution by the Police of the Czech Republic and the training of the police in relation to the issue of domestic violence. The practical part of the thesis presents an investigation via questionnaire in relation to the issue of domestic violence and the allocation of work from the viewpoint of the Police of the Czech Republic. The objective is to approach and explain police procedures in relation to domestic violence. |
