dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi redukce a odbourávání stresu v podmínkách práce policistů Policie České republiky. V teoretické části diplomové práce je vymezen pojem stres, druhy stresu, stresové faktory a stresové reakce. Dále diplomová práce popisuje problematiku profesní zátěže policistů. Poukazuje na vliv standardního až extrémního zatížení v této profesi a upozorňuje na nepříjemné důsledky stresu jak v oblasti psychického, tak i v oblasti fyzického zdraví. Informuje o možnostech systému psychologické podpory v Policii ČR a možnostech různých strategií zvládání stresu. Empirická část této práce mapuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření zdroje profesní zátěže policistů, jejich symptomy stresu a používání antistresových opatření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of stress reduction and elimination while the working conditions of the Czech police officers. In the theoretical part I define the terms stress, kinds of stress, stress factors and stress reactions. Furthermore, I describe the issues regarding the work endurance that the policemen are confronted with. This part shows the influence ranging from the casual work endurance to the extreme one in this profession. The aim was to draw attention to unpleasant stress consequences, both, in the field of mental and physical health. My intention is to inform about the possibilities of the psychological support within the Police of the Czech Republic and the possible ways of different strategies of coping with the stress. The empirical part of this diploma thesis surveys the sources of work endurance, stress symptoms and using of anti-stress measurement.	en
