Romští obyvatelé a jejich specifický způsob života, uplatnění ve společnosti a následné hodnocení a přijetí Romů většinovou společnosti jsou témata, kterými se zabývám ve své diplomové práci. Diplomová práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů. Dále se podrobněji zabývá romskou menšinou, především rodinou, kulturou a přístupem většinové společnosti k této minoritě a realizací projektů určených k sociálnímu začleňování Romů do většinové společnosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na prezentaci výsledků výzkumu. Výzkum byl realizován for-mou rozhovoru se členy romské menšiny a rozborem kazuistik. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjištění efektivity výsledků, o které projekty usilují. |

Topics which I deal with in my Thesis are Roma people and their specific way of life, as-sertion in society, subsequent evaluation and acceptance of Roma people by the mainstre-am society. Diploma thesis is focused on the explanation of basic concepts in the theoretical part. Further, the thesis deals with the Roma minority,especially family, culture and attitude of the mainstream society towards this minority and also implementation of projects for the social inclusion of Roma into the mainstream society. The practical part is focused on the presentation of research results. The research was conducted through interviews with members of the Roma minority and analysis of case studies. The aim of the thesis was to determine the effectiveness of the results which the projects strive about. |
