dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl pomocí dotazníkového šetření prozkoumat, jak pacienti po trvalé močové derivaci vnímají kvalitu svého života a jak vnímají svou osobní identitu. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem "kvalita života". Dále pak je věnována anatomii a fyziologii močového systému. Mimo jiné také popisuje rozdělení jednotlivých močových derivací a zaměřuje se na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta s karcinomem močového měchýře, který musí podstoupit jednu z možných derivací moči. V praktické části analyzuji získané výsledky z dotazníků. Je zaměřena na zjištění, jak se pacienti psychicky vyrovnávají s určitým typem močové derivace a jaký to má dopad na jejich osobní život.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis aims to explore how patients who have persistent urinary diversion perceive the quality of their lives and how they perceive their personal identity. The theoretical part deals with a medical term "quality of life". Further, it is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the urinary system. Moreover, the bachelor thesis describes the categorization of urinary diversions and focuses on nursing care of patients with bladder cancer which must undergo one of the possible urinary diversion. The practical part deals with an analysis of the results obtained from a questionnaire survey. It is focused on finding out how the patients with certain type of urinary diversion cope with their mental state and what impacts it has on their personal lives.	en
