dc.description.abstract	V předkládané diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou sociálně edukativního významu Komunity mládeže z pohledu jejích klientů a zaměstnanců. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první je pojednáváno o systému náhradní rodinné péče v našem státě, popis práce na Komunitě mládeže a edukativními procesy v tomto zařízení. Ve druhé části jsou rozebrány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na zjištění fungování zařízení. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že práce na Komunitě mládeže je hodnocena kladně a toto vnímání z dvojího úhlu pohledu se v zásadních věcech příliš neliší. Zařazení klientů do následného samostatného života je po úspěšném pobytu v zařízení možné s doporučením k další spolupráci v navazujících podpůrných programech SOS dětských vesniček např. Polozávislém bydlení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis I focus on the importance of socio-educative Youth Community in view of its customers and employees. The work is divided into two parts. The first is the analysis of the foster care system in our state, job description for the Youth Community and educative processes at this facility. The second part deals with the results of the survey, which focused on finding the functioning of the device. The research revealed that work on the Youth Community is evaluated positively, and this perception of dual perspective in substantive matters too different. Inclusion of clients to follow an independent life after a successful stay at the facility with possible recommendations for further cooperation in the related support programs such as SOS Children's Villages semi-independent living.	en
