Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování sociální péče ve zdravotnických zařízeních ústavní péče jak v rovině obecné, tak v rovině specifické, týkající se konkrétního zdravotnického zařízení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základní terminologii v dané oblasti, na vysvětlení koncepce zdravotně sociální služby tzv. sociálního lůžka, na identifikaci základních elementů sociální práce sociálního pracovníka a jeho klienta, na jejich vzájemný vztah, metody práce i možnosti uplatnění sociální pedagogiky při poskytování zdravotně sociální péče. Výzkumná část prostřednictvím statistické analýzy a případových studií, vypracovaných na základě interpretací rozhovorů s pacienty/klienty a analýzy dokumentů, podporuje teoretickou část a významně tak přispívá k zodpovězení základní otázky této bakalářské práce: ?Jak probíhá zdravotně sociální péče u pacientů v Nemocnici Nové Město na Moravě?? |

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the problem of the provision of social care in hospital environment with institutional care at both the general and the specific terms relating to a particular health institution. The theoretical part focuses on the fundamental terminology in the field, to explain the concept of health and social services so called social beds, to identify the basic elements of social work social worker and the client, their relationship and work methods and possibilities of the application of social pedagogy in providing health and social care. The research part, through statistical analysis and case studies, drawn up on the basis of the interpretation of interviews with patients/clients and document analysis, supports the theoretical part and significantly contributes to answering the fundamental query of this Bachelor Thesis: ?How is the health and social care for patients at the Hospital Nové Město na Moravě provided?? |
