Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální šetření u nepojistných sociálních dávek pro zdravotně postižené občany z pohledu účastníků řízení. V úvodní části bakalářské práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy - sociální práce, sociální pracovník a jeho ukotvení v právním systému, problematika pomáhajících profesí, definování osob zdravotně postižených a jejich nároky na nepojistné sociální dávky. V teoretické části práce je dále popsán průběh správního řízení při řízení o přiznání dávky. Praktická část práce se zabývá hodnocením procesu o nepojistnou sociální dávku pro zdravotně postižené občany z pohledu žadatele a hodnocením přístupu sociálních pracovnic provádějících sociální šetření při řízení o dávku z pohledu klientů. K hodnocení byla využita metoda kvalitativního výzkumu a sběr dat byl realizován metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Jednotlivé případy jsou zpracovány v kazuistikách a doplněny dílčím závěrem s vlastním komentářem. |

The theme of this bachelor work is investigation of non-insurance social welfare benefits for the disabled citizens from the perspective of the participants of the proceedings. The basic concepts are being defined in the introductory chapter - social work, social worker and his position in the legal system, issues of the surrounding professions, the definition of persons with disabilities and their demands for noninsurance social benefits. The theoretical part of the work describes administrative proceedings for admission for the benefits. The practical part of the thesis deals with the evaluation process of non-insurance social benefit for the disabled from the applicant's perspective and evaluation approach of social workers engaged in social investigation during the proceedings about the benefit from the perspective of clients. For the evaluation, the method of qualitative research and data collection was carried out by semi-structured interview. Individual cases are handled in the case reports and completed partial conclusion with its own commentary. |
