dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proměnu rodiny ve společenské realitě z hlediska právních aspektů. Teoretická část v jednotlivých kapitolách popisuje vývoj rodiny a její hlavní funkce ve společnosti. Dále se věnuje rozpadu různých typů rodin, výchově dítěte a v neposlední řadě i současné legislativě. Praktická část se skládá z výzkumu, který měl za cíl odhalit důvody, které brání nesezdaným párům vstoupit do manželského svazku a verifikovat stanovené hypotézy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the transformation of families in the social reality in terms of legal aspects. Each chapter in the theoretical part describes the development of the family and its main function in society. It also discusses break-up of different types of families and the child care and not least the current legislation. The practical part consists of research that aimed to uncover the reasons that prevent non-married couples to get married and verify hypotheses mentioned.	en
