dc.description.abstract	Tato práce pojednává o stresu. Zabývá se jeho definicemi, fázemi ale i mýty kolem něj. Zaobírá se tím, do jaké míry může ovlivňovat práci zdravotní sestry, jak se s ním vyrovnat, jak mu předcházet a jakými způsoby proti němu bojovat. Též je zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení poznatků o zvládání stresových situací v odborné literatuře. Práce obsahuje drobný kvantitativní empirický výzkum zaměřený na zátěž u zdravotních sester.	cs
