dc.description.abstract	Podstatou factoringu je odkup pohledávky. Firma, která má pohledávku vůči svému odběrateli (např. za dodané zboží nebo neuhrazené služby) postoupí (prodá) tuto pohledávku factoringové firmě . Prodejem pohledávky firma získá od factora zdroje. Kdyby firma tuto pohledávku factorovi neprodala, získala by peníze v budoucnu od svého odběratele. Výhodou factoringu je, že peníze získá dříve. Především z tohoto, ale i dalších důvodů, má smysl se factoringem zabývat.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The basic principle of factoring is purchasing outstanding invoices. A company who wants to simplify obtaining payments from its business customers (e.g. for delivered goods or provided services) appoints a factor to collect these outstanding accounts. This is a means of obtaining cash due to the business more quickly rather than waiting for the customer to pay its debts at some time in the future. One of the great advantages that makes factoring an interesting area for further research is the improvement it makes in companys cashflow.	en
