Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ošetřování dítěte s autismem. V teoretické části je objasněný pojem autismus, popsaná etiologie, klasifikace, diagnostika a léčba postižení. Dále je uvedena problematika rodiny pečující o dítě s autismem a možnosti spolupráce rodiny s odborným zdravotnickým zařízením, problematika ošetřování takto postiženého dítěte, včetně etického hlediska pojetí pacienta s poruchou autistického spektra (PAS). V praktické části jsou vypracovány čtyři kazuistiky dětí s PAS. Formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s rodiči dětí jsou zjištěny jejich zkušenosti s přístupem zdravotnického personálu k dítěti. Na základě výsledků šetření jsou pro zdravotníky vypracovány zásady komunikace s dítětem s PAS a vytvořen jednoduchý komunikační slovník. |

This bachelor degree thesis focuses on care for autistic children. In the theoretical part, I explain the term autism and describe the etiology, classification, diagnostics and treatment of this disorder. I then outline family care for autistic children and the cooperation possibilities of this family with professional healthcare institutes, and care for children with this disorder, including the ethical aspect of the patient with an autistic spectrum disorder (ASDs). The practical part contains four cases of autistic children. Via a semi-structured interview with the parents of these children, I learn about their experience with the attitudes of health care personnel to the child. Based on these research results, I propose some principles of communication with the autistic child; furthermore, I created a simple communication dic-tionary. |
