Syndrom zavržení rodiče se projevuje u dítěte jako patologický postoj a chování ponižující jednoho rodiče bez opodstatnění, je to výsledek programování zavrhujícího rodiče. Jde o formu násilí na dětech, kterou stát dostatečně neřeší. Prevence v ČR není realizovaná a nemáme vhodné zařízení, které by se zabývalo diagnostikou a terapií syndromu zavrženého rodiče a zprostředkovávalo obnovování kontaktů rodičů s jejich dětmi. Ve své práci jsem se pokusila upozornit na možná řešení popsané patologie. |

The Parental Alienation Syndrome can be observed as a pathological attitude and a humiliating behaviour of a child towards one of his/her parents without any justification, as a result of a programming process of the other - alienating - parent. It represents a certain form of violence committed on children which is not dealt with adequately by the government or law. There are neither preventive programmes nor suitable facilities diagnosing and remedying the Parental Alienation Syndrome and mediating the touch between parents and their children. In this work I dared to draw attentation to possible solutions of the above described pathology. |
