dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce je ?Výživa pacientů na ARO/JIP. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní složky výživy, vysvětleny patofyziologické procesy u kriticky nemoc-ných. Jsou zde zmíněny nejdůležitější způsoby zajištění výživy u pacientů v intenzivní a resuscitační péči a především stěžejní role sestry při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče u těchto pacientů. V praktické části zjišťuji z dotazníku pomocí kvantitativního sběru dat teoretické znalosti sester z oblasti parenterální a enterální výživy a mapuji dovednosti sester při aplikaci a péči o pacienty s parenterální a enterální výživou. Metodou pozorování následně ověřuji v praxi správnost provádění ošetřovatelských postupů z dané oblasti dle standardů ošetřovatelské péče. Všechna data jsou vyhodnocena a přenesena do grafů a tabulek, doplněná komentářem, v nichž jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject matter of this thesis is nutrition for critically ill patients. The theoretical section describes the basic components of nutrition, and explains pathophysiological pro-cesses in critically ill patients. Additionally, mention is given to key ways to ensure the nutritional requirements of patients receiving intensive care and following resuscitation, while stress is placed on the pivotal role of nursing staff in providing care for such patients. The practical section details the data obtained by the author via a questionnaire given to nurses. This research gauges the theoretical knowledge of such staff on parenteral and enteral nutrition, as well as discerning the skills possessed by nurses in administering the same and caring for patients requiring such nutrition. A comparison is made of the methods of observation carried out in reality to the correct implementation of nursing practices according to qualified standards of nursing care. All data are then evaluated and transferred to graphs and tables, supplemented by a commentary on the results of the research.	en
