Teoretická část bakalářské práce osvětluje problematiku předčasně narozených dětí, popisuje klasifikaci nezralých novorozenců, základní projevy nezralosti, možné problémy a onemocnění, která mohou nastat následkem předčasného porodu, také současné zajištění péče o nedonošené novorozence. Věnuje se rodičům (matkám), jejich psychice, edukaci a podpoře v oblasti vyrovnání se s předčasným porodem a začleněním do péče o předčasně narozené děti. Výzkumná část zjišťuje pocity, priority a informovanost rodičů v oblasti edukace, podpory rodiny a zapojení do péče o předčasně narozené děti. Zkoumá způsoby a rozsah edukace rodičů předčasně narozených dětí ze stran zdravotnického personálu. Zkoumá názor zdravotnického personálu na současný stav podpory rodiny předčasně narozených dětí a případné rezervy v této oblasti, názor na zapojení rodičů do péče o nedonošené děti, důležitost přítomnosti rodičů u svých dětí na neonatologickém oddělení. |

The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis clarifies the problems of prematurely born babies, it describes classification of immature newborns, fundamental indications of immaturity, possible problems and disorders that can appear as a result of premature birth and as well the present protection in taking care of the premature born children. The thesis applies to parents (mothers), their psyche, education and support field to cope with the premature birth and involvement in taking care of the prematurely born children. The research part of my thesis finds out feelings, priorities and information of parents in the field of education, support for families and engagement in the care for the prematurely born children. The work explores ways and extent of parents? education of the prematurely born children provided by the medical personnel. The thesis also explores opinions of the medical personnel on the present state of support given to families of the prematurely born children and appropriate reserves in this field, opinions on involvement of parents in taking care of the immature born children and an importance of parents? presence with their children in the neonathologic department in hospital. |
