Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se partnerského násilí, dále pak popis příčin vzniku tohoto fenoménu, jeho forem a druhů. V další části jsou uvedeny poznatky o osobě pachatele, oběti a způsob prožívání partnerského násilí. V závěru je pozornost věnována pomoci obětem partnerského násilí a také je zde uvedena aktuální právní úprava, která se týká této problematiky. Praktická část práce sestává z kvantitativního výzkumu s úkolem zaměřeným na informovanost široké veřejnosti z řad žen o fenoménu partnerského násilí. Získané údaje jsou podrobeny vyhodnocení a grafickému zpracování. |

Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts related to partner violence, as well as a description of the causes of this phenomenon, its forms and types. The next section discusses the findings of the offender, victims and the way of experiencing partner violence. At the end, attention is given to help victims of partner violence, and it is given the current legislation concerning this issue. The practical part consists of a quantitative research focused on the task of general public awareness among women about the phenomenon of partner violence. The data obtained are subjected to evaluation and graphical processing. |
