dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací studentů ve škole. Motivace hraje důležitou roli při realizaci školní úspěšnosti. Snahou bude praktickým výzkumem zjistit míru vnější a vnitřní motivace a popsat působení motivačních činitelů. Dále bych se chtěla věnovat podílu učitele na motivačním procesu tak, abych čtenáři poskytla stručný a srozumitelný výklad fungování motivace při výchovně vzdělávacím procesu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the subjekt of students' motivation during their studies. Motivation is very important if a person wants to be successful. A great deal of my effort will be put in carrying out an applied research involving the internal and external motivation and in describing their influence on students. The follouing aim is to find out to what extent a teacher might influence this motivating process in order to provide a reader with a straightforward interpretation concernig the influence of motivation on students' education.	en
