dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o významu supervize pro rozvoj pracovníků v pobytových sociálních službách. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice supervize obecně, zabývá se typologií pobytových sociálních služeb a jejich odborných pracovníků. Část práce je zaměřena na uplatnění su-pervize v sociálních službách. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem realizovaným v osmi zařízeních poby-tových sociálních služeb. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaký přínos má realizovaná supervize pro pracovníky pobytových sociálních služeb.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor?s thesis discusses the importance of supervision for development of personnel working for residential care homes. The theoretical part focuses on the supervision problems in general and deals with the ty-pology of residential care and expert social workers. One part of the paper focuses on the use of supervision in care services. The practical part of this thesis offers a quantitative research which was carried out in eight residential care facilities. The aim of the research is to assess the merit of the supervision for personnel working for residential care homes.	en
