Bakalářská práce ?Supervize jako nezbytná součást sociální práce? se zaměřuje na supervizi z pohledu supervidovaného. V teoretické části je objasněna teorie supervize, její zařazení do sociální práce, historie supervize, popisuje dosavadní teoretické přístupy a objasňuje pojetí supervize v našich podmínkách. Velkou mírou pozornosti se věnuje osobnosti supervizora, supervidovaného, jejich vztah a zavedení supervize v organizaci. Praktická část bezprostředně navazuje na část teoretickou, kde byla použita kvalitativní metoda a forma polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s respondenty z řad pracovníků v přímé péči. Zaměření směřovalo na pobytová zařízení - ústavy sociální péče a domovy pro seniory, jejichž zřizovatelem je kraj Vysočina a statutární město Brno. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat individuální zkušenosti pracovníků se supervizí, na jejich základě vyhodnotit její přínos pro sociální práci. |

?Supervision as a necessary feature of social work? bachelor thesis focuses on supervision from the point of view of the "supervised". Within the theoretical section, theory of supervision, its incorporation into social work and its history are explained, previous theoretical approaches are described and supervision conception in our conditions is explained. A lot of attention is paid to the personalities of the supervisor and the supervised, their relationship and implementation of supervision within an organization. Practical part follows after the theoretical part, in which qualitative method and a form of half-structured interview with respondents ? direct care workers, were employed. The stay-in institutions ? social care institutions and homes for elderly, whose founder is Vysočina region and the statutory city of Brno, were the main focus. Goal of the thesis is to map social workers? experience with supervision and, based on the experience, to assess its contribution to social work. |
