Bakalářské práce "Motivace zaměstnanců - aspekt personálního řízení" se zabývá úrovní motivace pracovníků v sociálních službách v domovech pro seniory a zjištěním jejich celkové spokojenosti s prací. Cílem práce je zmapování stimulů pracovní motivace a faktorů pracovní demotivace pracovníků v sociálních službách v domovech pro seniory. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na motivaci samotnou, základní motivační pravidla a před-stavuje nejdůležitější motivační teorie. Hlavním tématem je motivace jako jeden z aspektů personálního řízení, práce dále obecně pojednává o motivačních strategiích, nástrojích a metodách, krátce také o motivaci týmu. V závěru teoretické části je stano-veno pět hypotéz. V části analytické jsou pak do tabulek a grafů shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření vypovídající o úrovni motivace dotazovaných. Následuje ověření platnosti stanovených hypotéz a několik doporučení na udržování a zvyšování motivace pracovníků v sociál-ních službách v domovech pro seniory. |

The Bachelor thesis "Motivation of the Employees - an Aspect of Personnel Manage-ment" deals with the issue of motivation and contentedness with work of social workers in senior homes. The aim of the thesis is to monitor the stimuli of work motivation and factors of de-motivation of social workers in senior homes. The theoretical part is focused on the motivation itself, essential motivational rules in-cluding the introduction to the main motivational theories. The main topic is motivation as one of the aspects of personnel management. Furthermore, the paper deals with motivational strategies, tools and methods and team motivation as well. Finally, there are stated five hypotheses. The analytical part comprises tables and charts with the questionnaire results showing the level of motivation of the respondents. The following part is focused on the validity of the stated hypotheses. There are also a few recommendations how to maintain and increase the motivation of the social workers in senior homes. |
