dc.description.abstract	Svoji bakalářskou práci jsem zaměřila na onemocnění glaukom. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií oka a onemocněním glaukom. Dále se zde věnuji ošetřovatelské péči v nemocnici a edukaci nemocného po propuštění do domácí péče. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, ve kterém jsem zkoumala informovanost pacientů s glaukomem a spolupráci mezi nemocným a zdravotním personálem.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my final work I focus on the glaucoma disease. In the theoretical part I deal with the anatomy of the eye and the glaucoma disease. I also write about the nursing care in the hospital and the education of the patient after leaving the hospital to home care. The practi-cal part focuses on the evaluation of the survey in which I look closer at patients and their knowledge of the glaucoma disease and the cooperation between the patient and the hospital staff.	en
