Bakalářská práce vzhledem k šíři problematiky pěstounské péče i fenoménu zdravotního postižení poskytuje základní informace z této oblasti. Zabývá se zdravotním postižením, klasifikací, příčinami vzniku zdravotního postižení, charakterizuje pěstounskou péči a proces zprostředkování. Pozornost je zaměřena na psychickou deprivaci, včetně následků deprivačního poškození. Dále se zabývá biologickým a psychologickým rodičovstvím, motivací k přijetí dítěte, adaptačním procesem dítěte v náhradní rodině a kategorizací psychických potřeb. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na zmapování životních situací rodin, které přijaly do individuální pěstounské péče dítě se zdravotním postižením. |

In consideration of the broadness of the foster care issue and the health disability phenomenon, this bachelor thesis provides basic information from this field. The work deals with health disability, classification, causes of the health disability, it describes foster care and the intermediation process. Attention is focused on psychical deprivation, including the results of deprivation damage. The work also deals with biological and psychological parenthood, motivation to accept a child, adaptation process of a child in a new family and categorisation of psychological needs. The practical part of the thesis focuses on mapping the life situation of families who accepted a child with health disability into foster care. |
