Diplomová práca nám poukazuje na dôležitosť marketingu v priemysle, odlišnosť od marketingu spotrebiteľského a približuje marketingový mix vo výrobnom podniku. Predstavuje výrobnú spoločnosť Měď Povrly Slovakia, a.s., dôkladne popisuje jej súčasný stav marketingového mixu, detailne analyzuje externé a interné prostredie podniku a identifikuje slabé a silné stránky, ako i ohrozenia a príležitosti firmy. Na základe dôkladnej analýzy bol spracovaný projekt, ktorý predkladá spôsob implementácie marketingových nástrojov v podniku a vznik samotného marketingového oddelenia. |

My diploma work points at importance of industrial marketing, shows difference between marketing in industry and consumer oriented marketing, and also clarifies marketing mix in producing corporation. I introduce manufacturing company Med Povrly Slovakia Inc., specifically I illustrate company's current situation regarding marketing mix, detail company analysis of external and internal environment just like identifying weaknesses and strengths of the firm as well as threads and opportunities. This project has been created based on deep thorough analysis that submits approach of implementation of marketing tools within the company and foundation of marketing department itself. |
