dc.description.abstract	Práce je zaměřená na zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti XYZ s.r.o., jejíž skutečný název nebylo povoleno zveřejnit. Zmíněny jsou teoretické postupy motivování zaměstnanců, metody pro zvýšení spokojenosti a tím i efektivity práce. Dále je popsán vývoj motivace a její umístění v moderním managementu firmy. Praktická část se věnuje benefitům společnosti XYZ s.r.o., přístupu ke vzdělávání při zaměstnání a osobnímu rozvoji zaměstnanců. Dotazník zde slouží pro zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s nabízenými benefity a jejich odměňováním vůbec. V závěru práce jsou rozebrány výsledky průzkumu mezi zaměstnanci a jejich vyhodnocení. Následují doporučení pro firmu, díky kterým by mohla zaměstnance ještě více motivovat k lepším výkonům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Thesis concentrates on increase of motivation in the company XYZ s.r.o., which real name wasn't allowed to publish. Paper contains theoretical processes of employees motivation, methods for increase of satisfaction and work efficiency. Motivation development and its place in modern management of the company follows. Practical part is concentrated on the benefits company XYZ s.r.o. provides, how they approach to the work education and personal development of the employees. Survey serves here as a tool for finding out if employees are satisfied with provided benefits and the reward system. At the end of thesis, survey results are processed and evaluated. Last part is about the recommendations for the company, how they can motivate the employees even more to increase their performance.	en
