Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice osobních údajů v sociálních sítích v rámci prostředí Internetu. Práce začíná v teoretické části pohledem na fungování společnosti a jejího etického kodexu chování a vyžadovaného chování každého jedince. Následně práce přechází k právnímu rámci ochrany osobních údajů ve světě, Evropské unii a české republice. V praktické části práce analyzuje chování jedinců v sociální síti Facebook a porovnává výsledky s jinými podobně zaměřenými studiemi. |

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issues of personal data in social network on the internet. The theoretical part of the thesis starts with the view of the social functioning and it's ethical code and required behavior of a man. Then it approaches the legal bounds of personal data protection in the world, the European Union and the Czech republic. The practical part analyses man's behaviour in social network Facebook and compares the findings with other similarly focused studies. |
