Problematika motivace zaměstnanců ať již v období současné krize či před ní patří mezi hojně diskutované témata. V současné době je třeba, aby se tento problém stal předmětem zájmu především top managementu společností. Moje práce by měla být pojata hlavně z praktického hlediska, měla by vyzvednout význam výchovy dnešních pracovníků a důležitost pozitivních vazeb k firmě i k práci samé. Zabývat se otázkami co opravdu v současné době motivuje současnou pracující generaci. V neposlední řadě chci také vytvořit rámcový motivační program. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první, teoretické části, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s pojmem motivace a spokojenosti, spojitost motivace s výkonem a popisují nejvýznamnější teorie motivace a faktory pracovní spokojenosti a stanovují tezi. Ve druhé, empirické části práce na základě použitého empirického šetření formou dotazníku vyvozuji závěry a navrhuji všeobecný motivační program, který by mohl přispět ke zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců v období soudobé krize |

The issue of employee motivation, whether during or before the current crisis, it is one of the widely discussed topics. Currently, it is necessary that this problem has become of interest especially top management companies. My work should be conceived primarily from a practical standpoint, it should pick up the importance of education of today's workers and the importance of positive relationships and work to the firm itself. Deal with what really matters currently motivates the current working generation. Finally, I want to also create an incentive program framework. The work is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with the concept of motivation and satisfaction, motivation connection with the performance and describe the major theories of motivation and job satisfaction factors and establish the thesis. In the second part of the empirical work based on empirical survey used a questionnaire draw conclusions and propose a general incentive program that could help to improve employee motivation in the contemporary crisis. |
